"Highland Cow Artwork"

I was commissioned to do this painting for a new restaurant opening in Benalmádena, Spain. The brief was to paint a highland cow as a link to Scotland, the rest was up to me so I chose to do a more expressive style with the cow extended over various pages in a collage-style layout. I had a lot of fun creating this piece as it forced me out of my comfort zone.
