"Portrait of Sir Ian McKellen"
This is a portrait of actor Sir Ian McKellen and was my entry for the 2016 Peterhead Academy Art & Design Exhibition in my 5th Year of Secondary School. Following the completion of this painting, I received a card from the actor himself which then lead to more publicity around the piece, including two STV interviews and being featured in a selection of newspaper articles.
